Hot News 佳兆業(１６３８)伙生命人壽５４億元奪深圳巨型地皮 @ 2014-04-10T14: Back Hot News Keyword：佳兆業 Concept：生命人壽５４億人 , 佳兆業財團５４億元人民幣 佳兆業(１６３８)伙生命人壽５４億元奪深圳巨型地皮 新浪財經訊 ４月１０日消息，據財華社報道，被內地地產界稱為「巨無霸」的大鵬下沙濱海生態旅游度假區整體開發專案，昨經過２１口叫價，由佳兆業(０１６３８-ＨＫ)與股東之一的生命人壽合組財團，以５４億元(人民幣，下同)奪得，較底價高５０％，每平方米樓面地價近１０,５００元。地皮占地面積高達近８７萬平方米，相當於４．５個香港維園，是深圳２００１年建立土地招拍掛制度以來，深圳史上最大宗單一地皮交易。（自然） 佳兆業聯同生命人壽以５４億元人民幣，成功投得深圳大鵬新區，一幅總占地面積４３萬平方米的商用地皮，建築面積約為５２萬平方米，兩間公司同意成立合營企業發展地皮，佳兆業占合營五成一權益，即是佳兆業需要就地價出資２７．５４億元人民幣，佳兆業指會以內部資源支付。 *佳兆業(０１６３８)伙生命人壽奪深圳新地王 涉逾６８億元 ４月９日下午，深圳土地出讓史上最大「巨無霸」地塊公開出讓，經過２０余輪的舉牌競價，最終由佳兆業與生命人壽聯合體以５４億元成功競得。 佳兆業(１６３８) ５４億元奪深圳大鵬新區土地–佳兆業宣布與生命人壽，合資５４億元人民幣(下同)拍得深圳大鵬新區土地。該土地總占地面積為４３萬平方米，建築面積５１．６萬平方米，是一幅商用土地。佳兆業與生命人壽將分別持有項目５１％及４９％權益。是次投得之土地平均地價為每平方米１０,４６５元，相信未來售價可達每平方米２５,０００元以上，有一定盈利空間，有助提升佳兆業的資產淨值。 傳華潤置地股東減持套逾５．６億元，華潤置地跌約４％，其余主要內房股向下，中國海外、碧桂園等等跌幅介乎２％至３％。佳兆業伙生命人壽以５４億元人民幣，奪得深圳地皮，跌近３％。
