Hot News 【個股信息】大新「孖寶」供股股價即散不排除賣盤 @ 2014-03-26T22: Back Hot News Keyword：大新 供股 Concept：２０億大新銀行 , 股供１２股供股價８元 【ＮＯＷ新聞台】大新銀行及大新金融，分別宣布供股。消息拖累大新銀行及大新金融股價雙雙下跌，大新銀行中午收市報１１．２元，而大新金融中午收市跌３３．１５元，同樣跌逾６％。大新銀行表示，供股是用於提高資本充足率及擴展業務。 大新系宣布供股集資逾二十億，股價齊受壓，為強化資本而供股的大新銀行(０２３５６．ＨＫ)跌百分之八，報１０．９８元，跌１．０２元。至於母公司大新金融(００４４０．ＨＫ)相應供股集資，以認購大新銀行股份，維持持股量。大新金融跌百分之四，報３３．８５元。兩者均暫守供股價。 受消息拖累，大新銀行及大新金融股價雙雙下跌，收市分別跌逾６％及逾８％。大新銀行表示，供股集資所得，主要作提高資本充足率及擴展業務用途。 大新銀行及大新金融提出的供股方案為：大新銀行建議，股東每持有１００股供１２股，每股供股價８元，較前日收市折讓超過３３％，集資１２．０１-１２．０５億元，集資所得將用於加強資本基礎，提高資本充足率等。大新金融建議每１００股供１３股，每股供股價２３．４元，較上日收市折讓近３４％，集資９．０２-９．０３億元，集資用作大新銀行供款。 大新銀行及大新金融宣布供股集資，股價均跌６％。 大新系公布去年業績，大新金融去年純利１４．９８億元，按年增長一成半，派末期息９１港仙。而大新銀行及大新金融同時宣布建議供股。 大新金融計劃將供股所得款項淨額 , 用於支付認購１億１２０１萬股大新銀行集團供股股份之用, 若大新銀行集團供股計劃最終未有進行, 大新金融會將所得款項用作一般營運資金． 建議供股大新金融(００４４０．ＨＫ)及大新銀行(０２３５６．ＨＫ)低開約４％及４．５％，現造３３．８元及１０．９４元，分別跌近４．７％及９％。(ＳＺ/Ａ) 大新系供股，大新銀行（０２３５６）跌近７％報１１﹒２元。大新金融（００４４０）跌 大新金融及大新銀行建議分別以每股２３．４元及８元，較昨天收市價折讓３３．３３％及３３．９９％，每持１００股，分別供１３股及１２股，籌至少９億元及１２億元，前者集資將用於大新銀行供股，後者集資將用作營運及提高資本充足率。
