| 昨日內地股市靠穩,而恆指高開８點後升幅擴大,恆指最終升１２３點至２２７０３點水平收市,成交增加約８％至７０５億元,長和系持續強勢,本地地產股造好,而中資金融股及澳賭股則個別發展。萬科去年多賺２１％,而昨日中海外(６８８．ＨＫ)升半成,潤地(１１０９．ＨＫ)亦升逾２％,渣打(２８８８．ＨＫ)去年業績遜預期,而昨日股價跌逾１％。永亨銀行(３０２．ＨＫ)昨日中午休市期間公布去年業績,去年淨利息收入增加１３％至３３．４億港元,去年非利息收入升約３％至９．６億港元,去年純利增加約２１％至２１．９億港元,管理層在昨日下午分析員會議上指,將繼續加強珠三角地區業務,並預期該行今年貸款將繼續錄得雙位數增長。該行主要股東與華僑銀行就可能收購要約事宜的談判再度延長至本月３１日,而管理層指將繼續公布有關發展。 |
