| 兩幅分別位於大埔及西貢住宅用地，今日中午截標。消息指，政府暫時收到３份標書，全部均競投西貢地皮。其中英皇國際(００１６３)高級物業主席施穎怡遞交標書後表示，集團入標西貢地皮，因為該地段為傳統豪宅區，其上有景觀優勢，故競投該地段。該幅西貢地皮位於碧沙路與清水灣道交界，屬住宅(丙類)用途，地盤面積約１３,３７６平方尺，最高可建樓面面積分約８,０２６平方尺。另一幅地位於大埔白石角地皮面積約為２０４,５１６平方尺，指定作私人住宅用途，最高可建樓面面積約７１５,８０６平方尺。 |
| 美聯測量師行董事林子彬表示, 大埔地皮屬中型規模項目, 預計可吸引中、大型發展商入標, 地皮估計作低密度住宅 , 預計收到６至８份標書, 但由於未來一年同區有同類型地皮供應, 認為發展商出價會較審慎 , 預計每尺樓面地價５５００元, 估值約３９億３７００萬元． |
