| 市建局歷來最大規模的觀塘第二、三發展區重建項目, 今日起招收發展意向書, 四月八日截止． 項目覆蓋裕民坊、康寧道、物華街及協和街, 地盤面積 ２３萬 ４１６０平方尺 , 屬商住混合性質, 其中, 住宅樓面面積 １４９萬 ５９８０平方尺 , 涉及四幢住宅 , 提供共 １７００伙, 實用面積 ６００至８００平方尺 , 商場樓面面積 １５萬 ５２１６平方尺 , 至於１７億元的多層平台建築成本將由巿建局支付 ． 市建局限制, 最多四個發展商合資入標, 預計整個重建項目, 最快２０２１年完成． |
| (綜合報道)(星島日報報道)市建局今天正式就觀塘市中心重建項目第二及第三期發展，邀請發展商提交合作發展意向書，並於五月正式招標。市建局預計項目投標額超逾一百六十億元，更破天荒先撥十八億元，補貼中標財團先興建交通交匯處和小販市集的大型平台，避免工程延誤；局方又首次主動到內地登廣告向內地發展商「招手」，據知是希望增加投標競爭，避免這個歷來最大模規項目出現「圍標」情況。 |
