Hot News 【業績之後】巴克萊：新興市場因素及資本使用不明朗繼續拖累匯控 @ 2014-02-25T14: Back Hot News Keyword：匯控 Concept：匯控去年業績遜預期 , １８億２５００萬美元稅前盈利 匯控２０１３全年業績遜預期 倫敦股價即跌３％ 匯控業績遜預期倫敦股價跌４％ 香港文匯報訊（記者 周紹基）匯控（０００５）業績遜預期，期內的股東權益回報率（ＲＯＥ）只有９．２％ ，成本效益比率達５９．６％，兩個指標均低於去年提出新３年計劃的目標，唯一達標只有資本充足率，匯控股價在倫敦因而一度跌近５％，而至晚上美股開市，匯控ＡＤＲ持續變軟，至中段報８２．２５港元，較港收市跌１．６５港元或２％。匯控昨在港股收市後才公布業績，但其在港股時段股價已經受壓，收報８３．９港元，跌０．５３％。 信報報道，匯豐控股（００５）去年普通股股東應占盈利１５６．３１億美元（約１２１９億港元），按年上升１６．２％，同期稅前盈利２２５．６５億美元（約１７６０億港元），僅增長９．３％，遠低於市場的平均預期。由於業績報告顯示去年收入增長欠動力，派息比率低於２０１２年，匯控表示今年將不會回購股份，匯控股價應聲下跌，在倫敦一度跌穿８０元，挫逾５％，其後跌幅收窄，較本港收市價８３．９元跌２．１％，收報８２．１１元；今晨１時，匯控美國ＡＤＲ較港跌１．９％，報８２．２８元。 匯控發布業績，截至去年年底全年純利１５６億美元，按年升１６％，未及市場預期中值的１７８．６億美元或升２７％，亦因北美市場及私人銀行的稅前盈利都倒退，帶動股價在倫敦曾跌逾４％。 (００００５-ＨＫ)去年普通股股東應占溢利約１５６億美元(折合約１,２１６．８億港元)，按年增１６％但遜預期。期內，除稅前盈利按年增長９％至２２６億美元。盈利增長主要受惠於貸款減值撥備及營業支出減少。集團於２０１１年定下的三年營運策略目標，僅其中一項成功達標，甚至比第三季惡化。匯控倫敦股價較本港今日收市價低約４％，一度失守８０港元。
