Hot News 【部委資訊】統計局︰２０１３年全國商品房銷售面積環比增１７．３％ @ 2014-01-20T17: Back Hot News Keyword：年全國 去年 房地產 增長 商品房銷售 統計局 Concept：商品房銷售面積１３億５５１萬平方米 , ２０１３年全國房地產開發投資８６０１３億元增長 中新網１月２０日電 國家統計局今日公布２０１３年全國房地產開發和銷售情況，其中，商品房銷售面積１３０５５１萬平方米，比上年增長１７．３％，增速比１-１１月份回落３．５個百分點，比２０１２年提高１５．５個百分點。 同時，全年固定資產投資(不含農戶)４３６５２８億元，比上年名義增長１９．６％。為此，中國房地產學會副會長陳國強在接受中新網房產頻道采訪時稱，２０１３年全國房地產開發投資額占全國固定資產投資約２０％，而且增長幅度超過全國固定資產投資，說明房地產對拉動全國投資的正面作用十分明顯。 國家統計局今天在國新辦舉行新聞發布會介紹２０１３年國民經濟運行情況,大智慧通訊社現場獲悉,２０１３年全年全國房地產開發投資８６０１３億元,比上年名義增長１９．８％(扣除價格因素實際增長１９．４％),其中住宅投資增長１９．４％。房屋新開工面積２０１２０８萬平方米,比上年增長１３．５％。全國商品房銷售額８１４２８億元,增長２６．３％。 馬建堂表示，全年全國房地產開發投資８６０１３億元，比上年名義增長１９．８％（扣除價格因素實際增長１９．４％），其中住宅投資增長１９．４％。房屋新開工面積２０１２０８萬平方米，比上年增長１３．５％，其中住宅新開工面積增長１１．６％。全國商品房銷售面積１３０５５１萬平方米，比上年增長１７．３％，其中住宅銷售面積增長１７．５％。全國商品房銷售額８１４２８億元，增長２６．３％，其中住宅銷售額增長２６．６％。全年房地產開發企業土地購置面積３８８１４萬平方米，比上年增長８．８％。１２月末，全國商品房待售面積４９２９５萬平方米，同比增長３５．２％。全年房地產開發企業到位資金１２２１２２億元，比上年增長２６．５％。其中，國內貸款增長３３．１％，自籌資金增長２１．３％，利用外資增長３２．８％。 去年中國房地產開發投資額增長１９．８％，高於２０１２年的１６．２％。房地產建設開工面積增長１３．５％，扭轉了２０１２年下降７．３％的局面。 去年雲南房地產市場的另一個特點是，民間投資項目較多。去年前１１個月，雲南民間開發房地產項目２１３６個，共完成投資１８３７．４９億元，同比增長３６．７％，占房地產投資的比重為８３．９％。其中計劃投資５０億元以上項目１６個，其中１５個分布在昆明的主城五區。
