| 雖然本周資金略有寬松,但隨著年終時點漸行漸近,機構對中長期資金面謹慎預期不改,盡管央行已向市場適度注入流動性,但流動性調控基調穩中從緊的預期難以扭轉,在這一背景下,市場流動性中期呈緊平衡格局仍是大概率事件。近日,有媒體報道稱,銀監會在即將在１月６日召開的全國銀監局長工作會議上將會對明年放款額度設置嚴格限制,２０１４年總放款額度不能超過２０１３年,如果此消息屬實,則意味著明年的流動性情況將異常的緊張。２０１４年國內資金由於外匯占款流入減少及人行貨幣政策偏緊的基調下,保持長期內資金價格易上難下的狀態是難以扭轉的。 |
