Hot News 中石油大賬房溫青山被查據稱協助調查高層腐敗 @ 2013-12-18T14: Back Hot News Keyword：昆侖能源 中石油 Concept：調查中石油 , 公司昆侖能源董事長溫青山 鳳凰財經綜合訊 據香港經濟日報報道，中石油系的反貪腐風波繼續發酵，８月底臨危受命出任昆侖能源(００１３５)董事長兼執行董事的溫青山，日前傳被協助調查後，昨突以個人原因請辭。 董事長的溫青山，於上周被帶走調查。昆侖能源昨停牌，於收市後公布，溫青山已辭任董事長職務。另外，中石油(００８５７-ＨＫ)亦公布溫青山辭任監事職務。昆侖能源通告顯示，溫青山是因「個人原因」辭任，但通告就沒有提及「正接受相關部門調查」。昆侖能源於短短四個月內，兩任董事長相繼落馬，屬藍籌股當中極為罕見。 另外，昆侖能源(００１３５)亦公布，於今日收到溫青山的辭呈，主要是其個人原因辭去該公司董事長及執行董事一職，即日生效。同時，在新董事長未到任期間，執行董事張博聞將暫時履行董事長職責，董事會確認該公司日常經營不受影響。昆侖能源將於明日復牌。 繼８月份因腐敗案高層「大換血」後，中石油人事再生變動。１２月１７日，中石油集團旗下港股上市公司昆侖能源下午發布公告稱，溫青山因個人原因辭去公司董事長及執行董事一職。晚間中石油天然氣股份有限公司也公告稱溫青山因個人原因辭去公司監事一職。而就在四個月前溫青山剛剛接替落馬的李華林擔任昆侖能源的執董及董事長職務，有媒體近日報道稱其涉及中石油腐敗案，對此中石油集團尚未有公開說法。 １２月１７日，中石油集團旗下中國石油天然氣股份有限公司（６０１８５７．ＳＨ，００８５７．ＨＫ，下稱中石油）與昆侖能源有限公司（００１３５．ＨＫ，昆侖能源）先後公告稱，溫青山已分別辭任其在中石油的監事與昆侖能源的董事長及執行董事職務。 藍籌股個別發展，昆侖能源(００１３５)董事長溫青山辭任，股份復牌後開市急挫半成，現報１３．７２元，跌０．４８元或３．４％。母公司中石油(００８５７)跌０．５％，報８．５１元。 系」的高層被傳協助調查。該人士表示，剛剛於８月份上任昆侖能源董事長同時兼任中石油總會計師及財務資產部總經理的溫青山，被要求協助調查包括前中石油董事長蔣潔敏等在內多名石油企業高層的貪腐案。此報道一出，昆侖能源隨即於１７日上午申請停牌，但公司方面並未澄清停牌是否與溫青山被查有關。
