香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)兩幅分別位於屯門青山公路大欖段及屯門小欖冠峰街的小型住宅地皮將於明日中午截標,市場人士認為,近期一手盤銷情回暖,料會吸引中小型發展商,甚至是投資客垂青,兩地估值約1.401億元至1.42億元。
屯門大欖及小欖住宅地皮今午截標,現場消息指,兩地暫分別接獲三份及六份標書。其中,剛以5億元奪青龍頭地皮的中冶(01618.HK),今再入標小欖地皮,另遠東發展(00035.HK)亦獨資投小欖地,信置(00083.HK)則獨資入標兩地,英皇(00163.HK)獨資投大欖地。
香港2013年12月2日電 /美通社/ -- 理想城市集團企業估值部主管張聖典表示,將於下周五(12月6日)截標的屯門大欖湧青山公路(屯門市地段第490號)及小欖冠峰街(屯門市地段第495號)住宅地皮,由於地皮發展限制多,故估值會相對審慎。本行對大欖湧青山公路地皮估值為1.1億港元,平均每方尺樓面地價為3,800港元;而小欖冠峰街地皮估值則為3,800萬港元,平均每方尺樓面地價為4,500港元。
