Hot News 信達超額１６０倍成新凍資王７萬人認購涉１５４０億 @ 2013-12-04T06: Back Hot News Keyword：信達 凍資王 Concept：信達超購５０倍 , ２３０億元孖展認購 核心提示：昨日截孖展認購的信達資產管理（１３５９），認購額繼續攀升。綜合多家券商數據，合共錄得逾４８８億元孖展認購，相當於超購逾５０倍。耀才證券行政總裁陳啟峰估計，信達公開發售部分會錄得約１２０倍超購，相當於凍結資金約１２００億元，將超越博雅（４３４）成為今年新「凍資王」。 信達將於下周一（１２月２日）截止孖展認購，下周二（１２月３日）截止公開認購，以現時４１９．８億元孖展認購計，公開發售已超購逾４３倍。現時看來，最終超購逾１００倍並非難事，屆時公開發售股份占比將由５％升至２０％，計及基礎投資者已鎖定４４％，國際配售可分派股份可能降至３６％或６８．４億元。機構投資者分貨不足或引發掛牌首日追貨潮，利好股價。 信達資產管理昨日公開招股，兩間券商於短短數小時內已為信達借出近２５億元孖展額，相當於公開發售超購１．６倍。據了解，輝立證券借出的信達７２億元孖展中，有超過５張「頂頭槌」飛，(每張約４．７６億元)；而信誠證券及耀才證券均稱，今日未有「頂頭槌」飛。除輝立借出７２億元外，信誠借出５７億元，英皇、耀才和海通也分別借出３２億、３０億和２０億元。 至於內地四大資產管理公司信達資產管理（１３５９）借出孖展金額則繼續爆升，綜合１０間券商，信達招股兩日已累計借出近４２０億元孖展，按公開發售部分集資額約９．５２億元計，相當於已錄得４３倍超額認購，勢將挑戰今年新股「凍資王」博雅（４３４）高達８６０億元的凍結資金紀錄。 鳳凰醫療上市後，即迎來巨無霸新股信達資產管理(１３５９)，該股國際配售早已獲超額認購，昨首日公開招股亦反應熱烈。綜合各券商資料，首日已為信達借出２３０．３億元孖展，相當於公開發售部份超額認購逾２３倍，有券商估計其公開發售部分最少有１００倍超額認購，有望成為新「凍資王」。
