Hot News 《復牌表現》向六福發ＣＢ兼轉讓「金至尊」５０％權益香港資源(０２８８２．ＨＫ)曾飆近倍 @ 2013-11-05T16: Back Hot News Keyword：六福 金至尊 香港資源 Concept：３億元收購香港資源 中國金銀為香港資源主要營運附屬，於中港澳及其他地區以「金至尊」品牌經營珠寶零售及特許經營業務。所有「金至尊」門店截至今年６月底止年度零售價值總額達４６．９億，（經營店鋪逾４００間）。六福希望透過「金至尊」現時經營之現有零售門店擴張其零售網絡。六福及香港資源已申請於今早起復牌。 《經濟通通訊社５日專訊》六福（００５９０）宣布，於昨日（４日）公司訂立不具法律約束力之諒解備忘錄，據此，香港資源（０２８８２）擬向六福出售中國金銀已發行股本５０％之股份，代價為３．０１億元。中國金銀為香港資源之主要營運附屬公司，於香港、澳門及中國其他地區以「金至尊」品牌經營珠寶零售及特許經營業務。 尚乘財富證券業務部總經理鄧聲興指出，如果六福收購香港資源的金至尊業務，估計是沖覑其銷售網絡而來，兼減少競爭對手。另一中資分析員亦認為，金至尊在甘肅、青海、新疆等六福的空白地帶設有分店，收購有助其立即擴大內地覆蓋率，而且香港資源業績雖然失色，但單計金至尊的零售價值總額，上個財年有４６．９億元，按年增１３％，故收購對六福整體有利，只是需要看作價。 六福及香港資源雙方訂立諒解備忘錄，香港資源擬出售相當於中國金銀已發行股本５０％股份予六福，作價逾３．０１億港元，六福將以內部資源支付。待簽訂正式協議後，香港資源擬向六福發行總額５７０８萬元可換股債券。中國金銀為香港資源的附屬公司，在香港、澳門及中國以金至「金至尊」品牌經營寶珠零售及特許經營業務。 六福(００５９０．ＨＫ)斥３億購香港資源(０２８８２．ＨＫ)旗下金至尊品牌５０％股權，兩公司今日復牌，前者跌１．６％，半日報２７．５５元。香港資源飆４７％，半日報０．２７元。最高見０．３６元創逾一年高位。而周大福(０１９２９．ＨＫ)跌１．３％。
