Hot News 《亞洲經濟》匯豐台灣９月制造業ＰＭＩ擴張加快至５２近半年高 @ 2013-10-02T13: Back Hot News Keyword：個月 月制造業 洲經濟 Concept：９月中國制造業 , 連續１２個月擴張 拉丁美洲：過去一個月來，拉丁美洲經濟活動疲弱、匯率大幅波動。我們持續預期今年下旬拉美各國經濟成長力道將略微改善，但全年度經濟表現可能將很明顯地低於成長潛力。 訊息面方面，昨日公布的德國９月份制造業ＰＭＩ初值比前值有所下降，，也低於市場預期，但服務業ＰＭＩ初值則上升至５４．４，顯示出服務業擴張速度大幅上升，也推動了綜合ＰＭＩ創２７個月新高，至５２．１，歐元區經濟進一步改善。但是德拉吉在昨天的講話中對歐洲經濟的表現並不滿意，暗示有可能實施新一輪的ＬＴＲＯ，以刺激歐洲經濟更快的復蘇，也表明了歐洲央行會維持現有利率或更低水平，即可能會降息的立場，而在最近德拉吉的幾次講話中，幾乎都提到或者暗示了歐元降息的可能性，可見歐洲央行要調整歐元利率的想法已經有一段時間，而遲遲不行動，原因則在於美聯儲，由於市場猜測的美聯儲９月開始縮減ＱＥ的預期成泡影，歐洲央行也只能暫時按兵不動，等待美聯儲有所動作之後才跟著行動。 美聯儲周一（９月１６日）公布的數據顯示，美國８月工業產出較上月上升，汽車生產的反彈提升了制造業產出，這是制造業狀況日益好轉的最新跡象。數據顯示，美國８月工業產出月率上升０．４％，預期上升０．３％，前值持平；產能利用率上升０．２個百分點，至７７．８％，符合預期。同時，８月制造業產出月率上升０．７％，預期上升０．３％，前值修正為下降０．４％，初值下降０．１％；制造業產能利用率升至７６．１％，前值由７５．８％修正為７５．７％。８月汽車裝配較上月增長５．２％，此前一個月大幅下滑４．５％；礦業產出增長０．３％，前值增長２．４％；公用事業部門生產下降１．５％，前值下降１．３％。扣除汽車後，８月工業產出月率上升０．２％，前值上升０．２％。
