Hot News ７月ＦＤＩ增幅創２８個月新高 @ 2013-08-26T08: Back Hot News Keyword：增幅 外資增 實際 個月 商務部 Concept：實際使用外資增幅 , 外資金額６１７億３６００萬美元 沈丹陽是在當日召開的商務部例行發布會上作上述表示的。當日公布的數據顯示，７月份當月，全國實際使用外資金額９４．０８億美元，同比增長２４．１３％，這延續了今年２月份以來吸收外資增速由負轉正後的增勢。６、７月份，中國吸收外資增幅更是接連突破２０％，其中６月份增幅達２０．１２％，超出此前各界預期。 旺報報導，累計大陸前７個月實際外商直接投資７１３．９２億美元，較去年同期增長７．０９％，其中７月全國實際使用外資年增２４．１３％，更是增幅連續２月超過兩成。大陸商務部發言人沈丹陽解釋，６月和７月當月實際使用外資的數額出現比較大的同比增長，一個直接原因是由於部分投資額比較大的外商投資企業在近兩個月內出資到位，而這種持續的增長趨勢也真實地反映外商看好大陸的投資環境。 &#１６０; 問：６月份以來，我國吸收外資增幅連續兩月超過２０％，原因是什麼？與前幾個月個位數的增速相比為何出現如此大的反差？ 中西部地區實際利用外資繼續保持良好勢頭。中部吸收外資全面增長，西部實際使用外資增幅較大。中部地區實際使用外資５５．７７億美元，增長１５．７５％；西部地區實際使用外資５２．３３億美元，增長３２．５４％；東部地區實際使用外資５１１．７４億美元，增長１．６９％。中西部地區利用外資的增速較快，顯現出利用外商投資向中西部地區梯度轉移的良好態勢。 值得注意的是，西部地區實際使用外資增長明顯。前７個月，我國東部地區實際使用外資５９６．６億美元，同比增長４．７％；中部地區實際使用外資６０．８億美元，同比增長１１．８％；西部地區實際使用外資５６．６億美元，同比增長３３．０％。 需說明的是，前７個月，我國制造業實際使用外資金額２９３．９６億美元，同比下降了２．４２％，在全國總量中的比重為４１．１８％，但其中石油加工、煉焦及核燃料加工業，造紙及紙制品業，黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業增長較快，增幅分別為３３０．６％、３８．１８％、３６．７１％。
