希慎(00014.HK)半年基本溢利增38%,優於市場原預期一成,股價彈高近4%。中國海外(00688.HK)中期盈利增32%兼獲注入資產,但毛利率跌,拖累股價軟0.6%。注資概念支援一眾內房殼股炒上,萬達地產入主的恆力商業地(00169.HK)漲近12.1%,萬科置業海外(01036.HK)、東力實業(00978.HK)各升4.8%及6.7%。
恆指昨日高開82點後窄幅波動,收市升31點,報22,222點,全日成交金額只有423.7億港元。昨日匯豐收市後公布,上半年實際基准稅前盈利131億美元,按年升47%,稍遜預期,業績公布前升0.8%。恆生(11.HK)中期純利184.7億港元,按年增99.6%,業績公布前升0.6%。中國海外(688.HK)半年多賺31.6%至110.3億港元,並獲母公司注入三間公司業務資產,惟股價先升後回,收市跌0.6%。希慎(14.HK)中期基本溢利升38%至10.3億港元,股價升3.7%。市場憧憬一孩政策放寬,及紐西蘭奶業爆出肉毒桿菌污染事件,嬰兒用品及奶品股受追捧。中國與歐盟就光伏產品達成「價格承諾」,光伏股炒上。
希慎(00014.HK)升3.7%至34.95港元;公布截至今年6月30日止中期業績,營業額按年升38.1%至15.31億元;純利倒退41.2%至32.43億元,每股盈利304.98仙;經常性基本溢利按年升38.1%至10.33億元;中期息增長29.4%至22仙。若不包括去年8月開幕的希慎廣場貢獻的租金收入3.66億元,上半年按去年相同基准的營業額增長14%至11.65億元。期內,商鋪業務營業額增加65.5%至8.44億元;寫字樓業務營業額增加22.6%至5.32億元;惟住宅業務營業額減少6.1%至1.55億元。於6月30日,商鋪、寫字樓及住宅業務出租率分別為99%、93%及87%;希慎廣場寫字樓承租率已升至93%。
