長和系近期真是招風招雨,從早前放售葵湧雍澄軒無功而還、貨櫃碼頭曠日持久的罷工事件、部署分拆屈臣氏集團上市、乃至於放售百佳超市等諸事皆引來市場注視,給財經市場帶來不大不小的漣漪。其實別無他因,超人一言一行不但牽動港人尤其投資者的神經,業已成普羅大眾茶余飯後的話題,就是害怕他作主角的「撤資驚魂」。加以周四長和系業績記招破天荒取消,好教投資者憧憬長和系可能動作在即,不便解答傳媒當面的提問。今天又有一宗跟長和系有關的新聞,置富產業信托(0778-HK) 跟大股東長實(0001-HK)簽訂諒解備忘錄,並以代價接近59億港元收購嘉湖銀座物業,以提升置富資產質素。為融資是次收購方案,置富計劃發行1.16億個新基金單位,占擴大後基金單位總數6.4%,單位配售價介乎6.74至6.92港元之間,集資7.8億至8億港元。
