Hot News 莎莎多賺兩成拓內地精品店 @ 2013-06-21T04: Back Hot News Keyword：莎莎 銷售 內地 Concept：港澳同店銷售增 , 首季內地同店銷售 【記者張靜報道】莎莎國際（１７８）首席財務總監及執行董事陸楷於全年業績記者會上表示，該公司首季度港澳地區銷售額按年增長２７．８％及同店銷售按年增長１８．３％；並將於７月下旬在銅鑼灣禮頓中心開設全新生活概念店。 莎莎公布，截至今年１２月３１日止年度，港澳市場零售銷售額按年增２０．８％至５９．６６億元，同店銷售增長為１５．０％。內地營業額增長２２．６％至３．５６億元。同店增長繼續持平。全年整體毛利率由去年的４５．２％上升至４６．４％ 報表顯示，得益於內地訪港旅客人數的增加，莎莎國際在港澳地區的零售銷售額比上一年增長了２０．８％，達５９．７億港元，同店銷售增長幅度為１５．０％；內地的營業額則由上一年的２．９億港元，增長至３．６億港元，比上一年增長了２２．６％。 莎莎國際(００１７８．ＨＫ)主席兼行政總裁郭少明於業績發布會上表示，今年首季(４月至６月１６日止)，港澳地區零售銷售增長２７．８％，同店銷售增長為１８．３％，而內地零售銷售及同店銷售分別倒退０．５％及２．１％，整體營業額增２１．３％。他解釋，內地首季同店銷售倒退，是因為正值其經營策略改變，首季已較去年末季好。他指，雖然２０１３年首季基數低，但錄得上述數據已算不錯。 相比之下，經營化妝品的莎莎，增長仍強勁。公司公告披露，黃金周期間的港澳地區零售業務銷售額較去年同期增長約２５％，同店銷售升約１７％，均勝過預期。利郎（１２３４）主席王冬星也在股東會後透露，原本預期黃金周同店銷售將倒退，但實際錄得約３％增長。
