香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)長實取消拆售葵湧雍澄軒酒店交易,部分參與銷售的地產代理表示,近期市況低迷,相信部分買家會趁機松綁,願意取消交易,但由於買方仍要諮詢法律意見後,會否有買家拒絕取消交易並向長實索賠,目前仍是未知之數。長實昨晚發聲明表示,該公司與買家訂立之臨時及正式買賣合約內,並無「雙倍賠訂」之條款。
長實(0001)取消雍澄軒酒店項目交易,全數退回買家款項及相關利息、費用,並對買家損失作出賠償,但已排除雙倍賠訂的要求。長實昨再跌0.6%收報115.6元,成交13.4億元,但跌幅少於恆地(0012)、信置(0083)各逾1%跌幅,顯示長實取消雍澄軒酒店涉及的14億元交易,對長實業務實質影響不大。另一方面,長和系的和黃(0013)逆市上升0.4%收報84.7元,傳和黃3北歐擬區內並購增市占率。
