| 【記者杜琪報道】消費者委員會今年首季接獲１８９宗有關珠寶鍾表的投訴，較去年同期飆升３２％，涉及金額接近４００萬元，而近六成即１１３宗投訴也是來自內地游客，涉及店鋪的不良銷售手法、貨品質素、價格、維修保養問題、懷疑假貨等，其中有游客欲購買意大利品牌手表，在店員誤導下買了「意大利款式」手表；另一顧客購買鑽石戒指，回家後查閱證書方知石上有紋，消委會直言，《２０１２商品說明（不良營商手法）（修訂）條例》生效後，這些店鋪可能已觸犯刑事罪行。 |

| 消委會說, 針對鍾表珠寶店的投訴有增無減, 今年首季收到１８９宗投訴 , 較去年同期的１４３宗增加三成二 ． 投訴主要涉及店鋪以「水貨」當「行貨」出售、 吹噓貨品為外國品牌、 隱瞞珠寶玉石有瑕疵． 有投訴人用１４萬元購買三只名牌手表, 但只有一只是行貨 , 獲全球保養 , 亦有投訴人用近４萬元購買鑽石戒指, 證書上列明鑽石有紋, 但售貨員無清楚解釋． 消委會指商戶遺漏或隱瞞重要資料, 吸引消費者交易, 可能已違反今年生效的不良營商手法條例, 屬刑事罪行, 建議消費者不要輕信售貨員口頭承諾, 要以單據為准, 並要保留單據及保養證, 作為爭議時的佐證． |
