Hot News ＦＤＩ回復正增長９個月首次 @ 2013-03-20T04: Back Hot News Keyword：增長 個月 商務部 用外資 Concept：２０１３年１月 , 商務部３月１９日 【沈丹陽】:最近一個時期以來，由於受全球經濟復蘇緩慢、國際投資的總量偏緊等因素的影響，中國吸收外資出現了小幅度的波動，有一些下降，去年連續多個月出現外資實際到資額的下降，但在全球的大背景下考察，我們認為中國吸收外資總體上還是呈平穩發展的態勢。２０１２年，在全球跨國直接投資下降１８％，亞洲地區吸收外資下降９．５％的情況下，我國吸收外資雖然有所下降，下降了３．７％，但還是在主要引資國家中表現最好的。今年２月，中國實際使用外資金額出現了小幅的回升，利用外資實際到資額增長了６．３２％，這是連續８個月出現負增長之後的首次正增長，應該說是一件可喜的事情。這也在一定程度上證明了中國經濟的競爭力和國際投資者對中國投資環境和發展前景的認可。 我國利用外資情況８個月來首度回升。商務部今天公布數據顯示，今年２月，全國實際使用外資金額８２．１億美元，同比增長６．３２％，連續八個月負增長以來首次恢復正增長。商務部新聞發言人沈丹陽表示，總體判斷今年的外資形勢將維持平穩態勢，不會出現大起大落。 新華網消息 ２０１３年２月２０日商務部舉行例行新聞發布會，通報２０１３年１月我國商務運行情況並答記者問。商務部數據顯示，２０１３年１月全國新批設立外商投資企業１８８３家，同比增長３４．３％；實際使用外資金額９２．７億美元，同比下降７．３％。 ２０１３年１月份，全國進出口總額２．１７萬億元，同比增長２６．７％。其中，出口１．１８萬億元，增長２５％；進口０．９９萬億元增長２８．８％；貿易順差１８３２．１億元，擴大７．７％。經季節調整剔除春節因素影響後，進出口增長８．１％，其中出口增長１２．４％，進口增長３．４％。
