Hot News 周末睇樓量按周回落５．８％ @ 2013-03-02T02: Back Hot News Keyword：周末 預約睇樓量 Concept：５０屋苑預約睇樓按周 , 十大屋苑周末預約睇樓量錄８１５ 核心提示：【本報特訊】本周六、日（２月１６日至１７日）中原地產十大屋苑共錄得８１０組預約睇樓，比上周末回升１１％，其中美孚新村及映灣園之預約睇樓量升幅較顯著，按周分別升５０％及３３％。根據美聯物業分行統計，本港１５個二手指標屋苑於本周末的預約睇樓量共錄得約１,１５３組，較夾著大年初一的上個周末錄得的低位回升約１５．３％。 九龍區２０個屋苑今個周末共錄９５５組准買家睇樓邀約，按周增加６．７％，黃埔花園、淘大花園、麗港城及美孚新村睇樓量增加８％至１５％不等，新都城睇樓量則持平。新界區方面，２１個指標屋苑共錄９７０組客戶預約在周末睇樓，按周增加６％，其中沙田第一城、新港城、ＹＯＨＯ ＴＯＷＮ、嘉湖山莊及映灣園預約睇樓量增加９％至１４％。(Ｔ) 核心提示：本周中原地產十大屋苑周六、日（２月２日至３日）預約睇樓量錄得１,１６０組，按周回落４．１％。十大屋苑當中，只有新都城之睇樓量錄得升幅，其他９大屋苑之睇樓氣氛僅持平或明顯轉弱。而根據美聯物業分行統計，本港１５個二手指標屋苑於本周末的預約睇樓量共錄得約１,７４２組，較上周末同期微跌約３．９％。 中原統計顯示，本周末十大屋苑預約看樓量為８１０組，按周上增１１％，其中荔枝角美孚新村及映灣園預約睇樓量分別按周升五成及３３％。美聯統計１５大屋苑預約睇樓量則為１１５３組，按周升１５％。
