【明報專訊】非住宅物業拆售成風。市場消息稱,華置(0127)將於短期內拆售銅鑼灣地標商場銅鑼灣地帶,涉及約170個鋪位,尺價約7萬至8萬元,總樓面約4.5萬方尺,總市值約30億元,有傳迄今已收約10票。另有消息指出,宏安(1222)剛以約4.3億元洽購彌敦道575至575A號地盤。
市場消息指,華人置業擬下月拆售「銅鑼灣地帶」商場,涉逾170個鋪位,入場費約500萬元起,尺價約7萬-8萬元。據悉為增加吸引力,華置或向買家提供首兩年租金回報保證約4-5厘的租金回報保證。
【明報專訊】市場資金追捧拆售物業,華置(0127)即將拆售的銅鑼灣地帶1及2樓商場,代理消息透露,2樓約50間鋪位已獲准買家預留,尺價由7萬至8萬元,已預留鋪位大部分的售價約1200萬至1500萬元水平,其中以面積較細、涉資500多萬元的鋪位最為搶手,市場預料項目將於日內正式開售,預料兩層鋪位沽清可套現近30億元。
市場消息指,華置(00127.HK)拆售旗下的銅鑼灣地帶商場,但政府上周五突然推出新辣招,不但將印花稅倍升,並將范圍擴至工商物業,華置於是 減價促銷,昨日減價推出1樓約89個鋪位,意向尺價由9萬至10萬元,下調20%至約8萬元,同時推出即供優惠。
