Hot News 【股價追蹤】華創(０２９１-ＨＫ)收購價高逆市跌１．９％，金威反曾飆兩成 @ 2013-02-06T14: Back Hot News Keyword：金威 華創 Concept：５３億８４００萬元人民幣收購金威啤酒 金威（００１２４）啤酒資產終於名花有主！華潤創業（００２９１）昨於收市後宣布，旗下華潤雪花啤酒以５３．８４２億元人民幣（約６６．４３億港元）收購金威的啤酒業務，當中包括生產、配送及銷售業務，以及相關股東貸款和債項，完成收購後會保留金威品牌。金威表示，將因出售而錄得３４．６億元的收益，擬派特別息每股１元。 華潤創業(００２９１．ＨＫ)公布，旗下占５１％股權的雪花啤酒，將斥５３．８億元人民幣，收購金威啤酒(００１２４．ＨＫ)之啤酒生產、分銷及銷售業務。相關資產包括金威啤酒位於成都、東莞、佛山等７間啤酒釀造廠，綜合產能為１４５萬噸。 華創(００２９１-ＨＫ)斥近５４億元人民幣購金威(００１２４-ＨＫ)啤酒業務，唯獨沒有收購一廠，原來，金威計劃將該廠用地，開發成商業房地產項目。不過，第一期落成，並開始進行銷售和招租要到２０１６年，最後一期出租要到２０１９年。預計項目投資金額３６．２億元人民幣。 藍籌股方面，重磅股匯控(００００５-ＨＫ)升１．２３％，中移動(００９４１-ＨＫ)升１．０１％。華創(００２９１-ＨＫ)５３．８億人幣購金威啤酒(００１２４-ＨＫ)，大行唱好，兩股個別發展，金威股價急升１４．３３％，華創跌１．５７％。配股消息落實後，中石化(００３８６-ＨＫ)今早反彈１．８３％，收報８．９元。市傳中央於農歷後整頓澳門&#Ｘ７５８Ａ;馬仔，濠賭股受壓，金沙中國(０１９２８-ＨＫ)跌６．０１％、銀娛(０００２７-ＨＫ)跌６．８８％、永利(０１１２８-ＨＫ)跌７．８２％。消息指政府再出招壓樓市，本地地產股受壓，新世界(０００１７-ＨＫ)跌２．４６％，長實(０００１-ＨＫ)及新地(０００１６-ＨＫ)分別跌０．２５％及０．０８％。報稱國壽(０２６２８-ＨＫ)１月壽險個險新單保費倒跌２％，平保(０２３１８-ＨＫ)增４５％，國壽股價升０．６％，平保升１．１２％。(Ｍ) 另外，華潤創業收購金威啤酒的啤酒業務，華創跌逾１％，將會轉型的金威則急升一成四。 在北控（０３９２）旗下燕京啤酒於去年９月放棄收購金威啤酒（０１２４）旗下啤酒資產後，金威啤酒重投華創（０２９１）旗下華潤雪花的懷抱。華潤雪花昨日宣布斥資５３．８４億元人民幣收購金威的啤酒業務，而金威則會保留上市地位，擬改名為粵海置地控股，轉型為拓展地產業務。
