| 財經事務及庫務局長陳家強強調, 新成立的金融發展局工作透明度高． 陳家強在立法會表示, 金融發展局以有擔保公司形式運作 , 是參考英國的模式, 認為較有靈活性, 法律環境亦與本港相似． 他重申, 金發局是高層次跨界別諮詢組織, 成員大部分為業界有代表性的人士 , 認為金發局工作具高透明度． 對於有議員提到, 新聞界及勞工界反對通過公司條例中, 有關限制公眾查閱董事住址等資料的附屬法例． 陳家強表示, 當局正聽取不同人士及私隱專員的意見, 期望今年五月提交立法會審議． 另外 , 他表示, 前海發展要與本港互利共贏, 港府會向內地官員反映本港人士的意見, 有新進展會向外公布． |
