| 消息指出，中國太平將傾向於向母公司配發新股來代替支付收購價，而非在市場配股集資來支付。消息人士還預計，持有中國太平約５３．２７％的太平集團，下一步將會陸續把太平財險及其它資產注入中國太平，重組可望於１～２年內完成。據介紹，中國太平總裁吳俞霖上周參與渣打舉行的一個投資者電話會議中證實公司正進行重組。目前太平人壽分別由中國太平、太平集團及荷蘭保險公司富傑(ＡＧＥＡＳ)持有，持股比例分別為５０．０５％、２５．０５％及２４．９％。若中國太平增持２５％太平人壽的股份，其持股比例將占到７５％。 |
| 中國太保(００９６６)公布, 指董事會獲悉今日有報導指集團母公司「中國太平集團」將對集團注入資產, 並啟動雙方重組的消息, 集團作出澄清 , 表示集團正探討各種可行方案和措施 , 進一步提高財務實力和資本管理效率 , 以支持下屬公司業務發展 , 包括通過發行新股, 增持非全資附屬公司的權益 , 當中亦包括可能收購中國太平集團持有的百分之２５．０５的太平人壽保險權益 , 或進行其他戰略投資． 太保又指, 將對各種方案的可行性進行探討 , 目前尚未就上述收購事項簽署任何收購協議． 另外 , 太保指, 集團目前尚無在中國國內資本市場發行Ａ股及上市的具體計劃． 集團已申請明日復牌 , 股份停牌前報１５．５８元． |
