| 作為「港人港地」試點的兩幅啟德住宅地，將於明年１至３月招標。政府昨日公布，在明年１至３月，包括兩幅啟德限量地在內，共有六幅住宅地皮（見表）將會以招標形式推出，計及６幅土地估計未來能為市場提供３,０００伙住宅，全年將能提供約２萬伙住宅單位應市。商業用地方面，能提供約４萬平方米的東湧商貿地、以及估計能提供４８０個酒店房的北角酒店地，也會於來季招標。記者何鉅驫報道 |
