| 政府下季度共推出六幅住宅用地 , 包括兩幅位於啟德發展用地 , 將軍澳、何文田、沙田九肚及屯門各一幅住宅用地 , 合共提供三千個住宅單位, 是今個財政年度, 推出最多住宅單位數量的一季 ． 會德豐(０００２０)副主席梁志堅表示, 政府在第四季推售土地中, 提供３０００個住宅單位的供應仍然不足以應付需求 , 又認為政府將下季度六幅招標的住宅地中, 三幅加入限量條款, 對發展商入標意欲影響不大 ． 南豐董事總經理蔡宏興表示, 對政府推出的土地感興趣, 會研究每幅土地 ; 至於其中三幅土地加入限量條款, 他認為不會影響集團投地意欲, 會將條款計入投地價當中． |
