Hot News 【聚焦今日】 本港今日六大焦點財經新聞 @ 2012-12-14T03: Back Hot News Keyword：中電 Concept：最多７７億元 , １０億元配股集資 業界指，不少基金或股東擬在十二月年結調整投資組合，因而紛紛減持套現。本報統計顯示，十一月起超過１０億元配股集資及股東減持個案，涉及金額超過３００億元，當中以港交所（００３８８）及中電配股規模最大，兩者均涉資約７７億元。 對於中電為何不發債集資，分析認為，近年中電積極拓展海外業務，影響集團負債，參考中電年報，截至去年十二月底，淨負債按年增加５４．６％至６１６．５５億元，淨負債對總權益比率（ＮＥＴ ＤＥＢＴ ＴＯ ＴＯＴＡＬ ＥＱＵＩＴＹ ＲＡＴＩＯ）為７５．７％，比率按年增加２５個百分點，為免影響信貸評級，因而選擇配股集資。 多家公司於市場配股集資，涉及資金共逾９０億元。根據銷售文件，中電控股計劃以每股６２．９至６３．９元，發行１．２億股新股，集資最多７６．２６億元，配股價較收市價，折讓最多６．４％。另外，統一中國被母公司以每股９至９．２５元，減持１．０８億股，套現最多近１０億元，折讓最多半成。而佳兆業被私募基金凱雷，以每股２．３５至２．４５元，出售２．１６億股，套現最多５．２億元，折讓最多９％。 半日沽空最多是中電控股(００００２)，半日被沽空約１１．２億元，占半日大市沽空逾四成。中電宣布配股，配售１．２億股新股，配股價每股６３．２５元，較上日收市價折讓近６％，集資淨額７５．５６億元。中電股價低開，一度跌約５％至６３．８元低位，但都可穩守配股價。 熱錢湧港，中電（００２）亦罕有地批新股抽水最多７６．８８億元，亦是中電１５年來首次批股，令市場錯愕。中電將以每股６２．９至６３．９元配售１．２０３億股新股，配售價較昨日收市價６７．２元有４．９％至６．４％折讓。中電接受查詢時回應指，目前未有任何評論。 中電配股集資７６．１億港元，股價最多跌５％，收市跌３．６％，報６４．８元。華潤電力亦跌４．２％，是跌幅最大成份股。 剛公布明年電費加幅的中電控股（００００２），昨收市後突然向市場配股「抽水」最多７７億元，市場普遍感驚訝，估計中電今次「伸手」是為收購青山發電公司（青電）６０％股權集資。
