將軍澳68A1及佐敦官湧住宅地將於明日(周五)截標,總市值最高逾23億元。早前首奪將軍澳項目的麗新發展指,有興趣再入標競投區內地皮。
上述將軍澳及落禾沙兩幅限量地,為政府出招後首次截標土地,上周五截標反應不俗,共收16份標書。但市場人士普遍認為「雙辣招」下發展商出價會較保守,昨日更有傳地皮有機會流標收場,惟消息未經證實,而地政總署表示程序未完,市場不應揣測。
將軍澳第68A1區臨海限量地及佐敦官湧街市區住宅地昨天招標,估值分別約20億及2億元,其中未來供應較多的將軍澳地皮被個別業界降低估值約4%,樓面尺價跟最近批出的臨海地相若,下月7日(周五)截標。

佐敦官湧街7號惘A及將軍澳第68A區臨海限量地今日截標,截至上午10點半,官湧街暫獲一間發展商英皇國際(00163.HK)入標,英皇地產部高級物業主任施穎怡表示,該地皮規模較小,加上臨近尖沙咀區,計劃發展為商住項目,出價則會配合公司發展策略。
