瓏門首推的60個單位,市值約七億元,分布於第一座及第三座,分別為「瓏門至尊」四房戶及「瓏門大宅」三房戶,面積為1,100方尺及982方尺,定價由950余萬元至1,400余萬元,尺價由9,686至1.27萬元,其中31伙「瓏門至尊」單位均連車位出售,買家不購入車位可扣減110萬元樓價,同時兼享樓價3%新地會會員優惠,而提早還款更可再扣減樓價3%。付款方面,發展商提供樓價兩成半二按,首兩年為最優惠利率,之後為最優惠利率加一厘。另該盤新加推最貴單位為1座36樓G室,尺價逾1.29萬元。

新地一直揚言,瓏門將以貴絕屯門的姿態登場,標准單位整體尺價估計約1萬元,較同區指標屋苑,如卓爾居、時代廣場近期錄得的破頂尺價紀錄6,000余元高逾六成。至於瓏門的1,600余至3,000余平方尺特色大戶,代理估計意向尺價將達1.8萬至2.7萬元,勢成區內分層物業新高指標。
