Hot News 國美半年淨虧５億賠本賺吆喝 蘇寧淨利降３成大舉籌資 @ 2012-09-03T08: Back Hot News Keyword：國美 半年 Concept：５億元人民幣 , 國美電器半年業績盈轉虧 國美電器(４９３) 公布中期業績，股東應占虧損５．０１億元(人民幣，下同)，去年同期純利１２．５２億元，每股基本虧損３分，不派中期息(去年派中期息２．７港仙)。期內，收入減少２２．４１％至２３１．２６億元。 國美電器（０４９３）主要競爭對手蘇寧電器於７月１４日發表盈利預警。國美作為內地兩大家用電器零售商之一，於今年首季（Ｑ１）營業收入９７．６１９億元、較去年同期跌２８．６２％；盈利６,７３８．６萬元、較去年跌８７．８％。首季業績如此差勁，該公司歸咎是銷售收入下降和電子商務業務虧損所致。若然翻看該公司去年第四季（Ｑ４）業績，營業收入為１５８．３８億元、盈利４,９２３．７萬元。今年Ｑ１與其比較，營業收入則按季下跌３８．３６％；盈利就按季增長３６．８６％。盈利驟增倒非今年Ｑ１按季表現強勁，而是該公司把電子商務業務虧損大部份於去年Ｑ４入帳。 在家電下鄉的政策下，首七個月的銷售仍錄得增長，然而股價積弱多時的國美電器（４９３）日前發出盈利警告，預告因為銷售收入下滑及電子商務業務的虧損，截至６月底的半年將由盈轉虧（２０１１年純利１８億元）。 內地兩大電器零售商國美和蘇寧均已交出今年中期業績。國美自０８年來首次虧損，而蘇寧上半年盈利雖然略有放緩，但仍有１７．５４億元進帳，這已是蘇寧連續３年超越國美，且兩者差距在不斷擴大。內地分析人士表示，未來幾年國美和蘇寧之間的差距還會不斷擴大，如果國美繼續以蘇寧為競爭對手的話，暫難挽回敗局。 盡管今年大陸再推節能家電的補貼方案，但電子產品零售商國美電器近期則發布業績預警稱，由於上半年銷售收入和電子商務業務表現不佳，公司將出現虧損。 ８月３１日下午消息，國美電器今天下午在港交所發布２０１２年上半年業績報告，國美上半年營收達２３１．３億元，同比下降２２．４％；綜合毛利潤３７．８５億元，同比下降３０．８％，淨虧損５．０１億元。
