Hot News 《國企紅籌》國泰君安中期純利跌１５％至１﹒３４億元，派３仙 @ 2012-08-24T09: Back Hot News Keyword：中期 Concept：中期每股派息１０仙 , 半年純利１億９８３６萬美元 【記者王立洋報道】貴聯控股（１００８）中期業績報告稱，集團上半年純利１．９２億元同比增加４．１３％，每股盈利２６仙，不派中期息。期內集團以７．２億元收購深圳揚豐印刷有限公司６０％股權，總產能提高１２％，市場份額上升至７．８％。集團主席蔡得說，集團通過收購在全球經濟動蕩及激烈競爭中不斷成長，在行業內地位鞏固，已達到目標２０１５年市場份額雙位數。 太古地產(１９７２-ＨＫ)錄得中期股東應占溢利９８．６２億元，較去年同期的２００．２３億元減少５０．７５％；每股盈利１．６９元，擬派中期息２２仙。撇除投資物業重估值變動後，今年上半年股東應占溢利，按年增３．７８％至２４．４３億元，符合市場預期。 不過，龍湖地產上半年的表現則不錯，該公司公布的中期業績，截至６月底止，核心溢利升７２．１％至３３．５億元，期內純利為３８．１億元，按年升５１％，不派中期息。龍湖半年收入為１４５．５億元，升８５．３％，其中物業發展收入升８７．２％至１４１．３億元，而物業投資收入為２．２７億元，升３４．８％。截至６月底，公司手頭現金為１７４．７億元，淨負債率為４９％。 另外，恆隆地產母公司恆隆集團(００１０)昨日亦公布中期業績，期內股東應占溢利增２９％至２１．０１億元，每股盈利１．５６元，派中期息１９仙；期內投資物業公平值的增幅為１３．８１億元，較２０１１年同期１１．４７億元增２０．４％。集團表示，由於物業租賃收入增長１２％至３２．６５億元，而物業銷售亦錄得１２．７４億元之增幅，故營業總額上升５５％至４５．３９億元。香港及中國內地物業租賃方面，上半年度的租金收入及溢利分別增長１２％及１４％，至３２．６５億元及２６．３３億元。
