受上半年蘇州樓市普遍回暖的影響,在經歷了三四月份部分房盤「以價換量」的基礎上,從五六月份開始蘇州房價表現出試探性回升的姿態。從目前的數據來看,購房者並沒有在房價的回升中停下腳步,更多的購房者面對或將持續回升的房價,表示將把握時機及早購房,以抓住政策調控果實的最後一班車,防止房價出又一輪惡性上漲,重現2008年以前房價動輒翻番的狀況。
