Hot News 港交所： 上市公司上載資料時應做好內部監控 @ 2012-08-14T17: Back Hot News Keyword：印刷商 公司 港交所 通告 利君 披露易 黑客 Concept：港交所披露易網站 , 上載公司通告印刷商 港交所(３８８)「披露易」繼去年中遭黑客攻擊後，周日晚上６時４９分，再因有上市公司通告的印刷商系統被黑客入侵，令披露出現混亂，連累數間上市公司竟然「錯發」別家上市公司的資料，部分更屬「草稿」式文件。 港交所發言人指出，上市公司上載通告至「披露易」，是由有關的印刷商負責，由於上市公司數目太多，港交所無可能為全部上市公司上載通告，故今次事件並非港交所系統出問題。 由於一家財經印刷商因計算機系統保安失效，令多家上市公司未經審核的敏感資料，被上載到港交所的「披露易」網站。「受害人」之一天然乳品(００４６２)發言人表示，昨日已經聯系印刷商，但得到的答復含糊，今天下午會再聯系，並可能要求對方作書面解釋，董事會稍後會召開會議，研究下一步行動，包括是否繼續聘用這間印刷商。 報道引述培訓班一位授課人士表示，在上海、重慶２０１１年啟動的房產稅改革試點基礎上，將借鑒國際經驗，開展對非經營性消費房產的存量部分恢復征稅的試點，一年一征，料未來可為地方政府提供穩定收入。 日本經濟產業省公布，經季節調整後，日本６月第三產業(為當地經濟核心產業)活動指數按月升０．１％，低於市場預期按月升０．２％及５月略向下修訂後升０．６％。 港交所「披露易」網站在周日晚上再出現混亂，數家上市公司公告遭互換，今次事件疑涉及黑客入侵財經印刷商，促使利君國際需要停牌，公司今早發通告表示，若干聲稱公司企業通訊中期財務資料草稿，及聲稱有關建議發行紅股的通函草稿，於近期上載至香港聯合交易所披露易網頁，並顯示為其他上市公司的企業通訊。
