Hot News 【 財經】６月新房環比漲價城市大增統計局稱具有特殊性 @ 2012-07-19T08: Back Hot News Keyword：房價 城市 環比 Concept：６月５７城市新建 , ５月份房價環比上漲的１８個 近期內地部分城市房價出現抬頭現象，甚至出現新地王，引發市場對房價再次暴漲的擔心。不過從統計局的數據來看，房價尚處於溫和上漲階段。在新建商品住宅（不含保障性住房）中，環比價格上漲的城市，漲幅均未超過０．６％；同比價格上漲的城市中，漲幅均未超過１．２％，漲幅比５月份回落的城市有６個。而在二手住宅類別中，環比價格上漲的城市中，漲幅均未超過１．１％；同比價格上漲的城市中，漲幅均未超過２．６％，漲幅比５月份回落的城市有８個。 成交增加之後，價格也隨之看漲。中國指數研究院（下稱「中指院」）數據顯示，６月份全國１００個城市（新建）住宅平均價格為８６８８元/平方米，環比５月上漲０．０５％，結束自２０１１年９月以來的連續９個月環比下跌態勢，其中４５個城市環比上漲。 中國指數研究院發布的數據顯示，在監測的１００個城市中，６月有４５個城市房價環比上漲，５５個城市房價環比下跌。與上月相比，本月環比下跌的城市數量減少１８個，跌幅在１％以上的有１２個城市，較上月減少５個；漲幅在１％以上的有１１個，較上月增加３個。 馬曉明說，同時也要看到，從環比數據看，新建商品住宅和二手住宅價格上漲的城市均有所增加。其中，新建商品住宅銷售價格環比上漲的城市有２５個，持平的城市有２４個，下降的城市有２１個，環比上漲的城市個數比５月份增加了１９個。二手住宅銷售價格環比上漲的城市有３１個，持平的城市有２０個，下降的城市有１９個，環比上漲的城市個數比５月份增加了１３個。一線城市中，北京、上海和廣州的新建商品住宅銷售價格分別上漲了０．３％、０．２％和０．２％。深圳雖然環比下降０．１％，但降幅比５月份收窄。北京、上海、廣州和深圳的二手住宅銷售價格分別上漲了０．２％、０．２％、０．５％和０．２％。
