Hot News 致癌醬油案佛山警方刑拘５人 正追捕幕後香港老板 @ 2012-06-15T05: Back Hot News Keyword：醬油 Concept：威極公司問題醬油 , 威極工業鹽水醬油流入 「問題醬油成品及半成品流入多家食品企業及使用單位(見名單)。」梁志光表示，佛山質監部門通過調查威極公司的出貨單據和台賬，目前已基本掌握威極公司產品的去向。醬油半成品又叫「天然油」，按級別高低分為頭油、二油、三油、四油等。梁志光介紹，威極公司既自行生產「四油」，又大量外購「四油」生產醬油，月均１００多噸。據執法部門調查，威極公司這些醬油半成品一部分用來加工「威頂」、「鳳彩橋」等自有品牌的醬油，另一部分則作為中間產品原料，銷往佛山、開平、珠海、東莞、中山等地的調味品企業，其中１１．９４噸問題產品流入佛山敦美味食品有限公司。梁志光介紹，在５月３１日佛山相關執法部門對敦美味涉嫌的３２１２箱蠔油、３噸霉解油、２０噸酸水解蛋白調味液和２１．８立方米釀造豆油予以查封。 位於佛山高明的偏僻小廠——威極調味品公司（下稱「威極公司」），接連牽扯出珠三角多家涉嫌使用工業鹽水的問題醬油企業，繼央視《每周質量報告》曝出東莞祥興隆、佛山敦美味和開平家常用三家調味企業涉嫌經銷威極半成品「工業鹽水醬油」，並加工成醬油銷售之後（詳見本報昨日Ａ０５、Ａ０６版），昨天上午，佛山市「三打」辦、市質監局召開新聞發布會，新曝光了開平億華達、珠海寶門、珠海康富來和中山萬人迷等４家調味品企業，涉嫌使用了威極問題醬油作為原料生產，除威極公司外，涉案醬油廠增至７家。新快報記者了解到，截至目前，佛山、東莞、開平、珠海、中山等地質監部門均已對涉案企業進行了調查取證。 執法人員從生產銷售賬目中核查到，從去年１２月到今年３月份，威極公司一共使用了７６０多噸工業鹽水，生產醬油和醬油半成品。這種醬油半成品又叫「天然油」，按級別高低分為頭油、二油、三油等。近三個月來，這家廠共生產了１３００多噸天然油。這些醬油半成品一部分用來加工成「威頂」、「鳳彩橋」等威極公司自有品牌的醬油終端產品，另一部分則作為中間產品原料，銷往佛山周邊一些調味品廠。
