地監局去年接獲11宗消費者就單位的建築面積誤導的投訴,較前年少3宗。地監局執業及考試委員會主席梁永祥認為,銷售二手樓需提供實用面積可提高售樓透明度,長遠對消費者有利,亦保障地產代理。新通告還有6個月才生效,相信代理有足夠時間准備。
