| 消息面，寶姿公布，由於去年度財務報表存在錯誤及遺漏，須重列部份資料，導致延期公布業績，但有關問題沒有影響２０１０年度綜合全面收益表及綜合權益變動表。通告指出，財務報表遺漏部份包括公司於２０１０年間向主席陳漢傑借出三筆免息貸款，以及去年再借出兩筆貸款，當時沒有披露。陳漢傑已於本月１５日全數償還貸款及利息。由於他沒有履行監管職責，已即時辭任主席，但公司沒有即時委任新主席。公司申請今日復牌。 |
