希慎旗下的希慎廣場將會在八月開幕。主席利蘊蓮表示,零售商鋪出租率達九成半,尺租達150元平方尺,與其他同類型商場相若,至於寫字樓出租率有四成。
黃氏稱,近年銅鑼灣區多項大型基建項目相繼落實發展,加上希慎廣場啟業在即,區內的零售前景更見樂觀;現時該物業在市場招租,叫價為每月500萬元,如成功租出可獲租金回報達5.2厘。

希慎廣場目前已獲畢馬威租用三分之一的商業樓面面積,另外亦有不少首次進軍香港的品牌租用零售樓面,目前已租出9成零售面積。集團去年完成翻新的禮頓中心,其零售商鋪接近全數租出。集團去年純利按年升1.2倍至85.45億元,不包括投資物業的公平值變動的基本溢利13.1億元,按年增加14.1%,營業額升9%至19.22億元。期內寫字樓出租率達96%、商鋪更接近100%,住宅則為95%,按年均有所改善,而三項租賃業務租金亦錄得增長,尤其商鋪業務的升幅最為突出,達12.7%。雖然有指本港零售增長放緩,或拖低零售及寫字樓的需求,但實際上本港的租金目前處於高位,而且集團旗下物業位處核心商業地段,供應始終有限,需求依然殷切。
