Hot News 中燃氣（３８４）再獲北控６﹒６億元增持，持股升至１２﹒６５％ @ 2012-05-07T23: Back Hot News Keyword：北控 中燃 Concept：中燃股東阿曼 , 北控集團增持中國燃氣 【明報專訊】新奧能源（２６８８）聯手中石化（０３８６）收購中國燃氣（０３８４）一事，昨日突現變數。與管理層原本同一陣線的阿曼石油（ＯＭＡＮ ＯＩＬ），把所持的５．４％中燃股份全數賣給北京控股（０３９２）母公司北控集團，北控集團的持股量增至８．９６％，一躍而成第三大股東。由於其買入價遠高於財團提出的收購價，因此這宗交易可能促使收購流產。 中國燃氣(００３８４．ＨＫ)獲北控集團增持，逆市升百分之四，最新報４．０６元，升０．１６元。北控集團上星期四，以每股３．８７元，增持二億四千八百多萬股中國燃氣，相等於逾百分之五的股權，總值九億六千萬元，令持股量提升至近百分之九。 證監會網頁資料顯示，北控集團今日(周一)再按每股４．１元，購入約１．６２億股中燃，涉逾６．６３億元，持股比例由８．９６％增至１２．６５％，僅次於由中燃前主席劉明輝連同他持股５０％的富地石油共持股２１．１６％，並超越南韓ＳＫ集團持有的１０．０６％股權。 證監會資料顯示，阿曼石油(ＯＭＡＮ ＯＩＬ)於５月３日以每股４．１元悉售２．３８億股中燃股份，作價高於中石化(０３８６-ＨＫ)及新奧能源(２６８８-ＨＫ)收購要約的作價每股３．５元，接貨者為北控集團(北控(０３９２-ＨＫ)母公司)，後者持股量升至８．９６％。 而北控集團除了購入阿曼石油所持中國燃氣股份，周四還按平均每股３．８７港元，在市場上購入中國燃氣約１１３８萬股，涉資４４０６萬港元。增持後，北控集團持有中國燃氣共約３．９３億股股份，持股比例由原來的３．２８％升至８．９６％，成為中國燃氣的第三大股東，僅次於富地石油和韓國ＳＫ Ｅ&ＡＭＰ;Ｓ之後。 (００３８４)股份。連同北控在中燃持有的３．２８％股份在內，北控經過增持後，已經在中燃持股多達８．９６％。北控的持股，次於富地石油/劉明輝、ＳＫ ＨＯＬＤＩＮＧＳ，一躍成為中燃第三大股東。
