Hot News 新華財經／全球出口老大 重回正軌 @ 2012-04-11T03: Back Hot News Keyword：順差 出口 中國 Concept：３月份出口數據 , 貿易順差５４億美元 中國 ３ 月份貿易順差，較前月的 ３１５ 億美元貿易逆差大幅逆轉，並相較市場原本預期的貿易逆差 １３ 億美元。 （中國．北京１０日訊）中國海關總署１０日發布統計數據顯示，１至３月，中國進出口總值８５９３．７億美元，同比增長７．３％。累計貿易順差為６．７億美元。 數據顯示，最近幾年來，中國的進出口數量雖保持快增長，但貿易順差擴大後，人民幣面臨升值壓力。中國在前期所采取的路徑是，為了保證出口戰略的長期化，維持進出口貿易的落差和失衡，盡量抑制人民幣的升值進程。主要操作路徑是在國內外匯市場上做多美元，大量釋放人民幣，然後在人民幣市場上對人民幣流動性做有限的對沖，從而積累了天量的外匯儲備。 據大陸海關總署官網，３月份出口總值為１６５６．６億美元，年增８．９％，進口１６０３．１億美元，年增５．３％，總計進出口總值為３２５９．７億美元，３月貿易順差為５３．５億美元。 中國大陸海關總署發布資料指出，中國大陸３月出口成長８．９％至１,６５６億６千萬美元；進口成長５．３％至１,６０３億１千萬美元，貿易順差為５３億５千萬美元。 今年３月份出口數據較上年同期增長８．９％，高於市場預計的７．２％。渣打亞洲區高級經濟師劉健恆（見圖）指，出現貿易順差其實不會太意外，由於歐洲談轉型還過早，但現時中國出口亦有８．９％按年增長，已經不算差。即使現在出口正在繼續放緩，速度同樣不會有太大意外。 全球經濟的放緩將使得中國進出口貿易進一步放慢增長，貿易順差進一步減少。由於中國資本項目開放度小，受資金流出的影響程度相對較小。外部需求下滑主要將對企業產生不利影響。２０１１年，出口企業承受資金、投入品和勞動力成本上升的壓力，盈利狀況已經出現惡化。如果出口大幅下滑，將可能出現大量失業，從而引起消費者價格和資產價格收縮。
