| 但是存款准備金率就不一樣,目前國內大型金融機構的存款准備金率已經高達２１％,相當一部分資金被央行回籠,客觀上造成銀根不暢,中小企業普遍感受到資金方面的壓力．若繼續維持目前的高位存准率甚至上調存准率,那麼對於絕大多數企業而言將是一場浩劫,管理層不會這麼做．事實上,日前貴州省已被批准實施較低的存款准備金率,部分信用合作社也可享受較低的存准率,未來不排除會在全國范圍內推廣,一旦全面鋪開,就相當於存准率被下調．當然,央行也會適時的自上而下宣布下調存准率．部分學者認為,一月份"降准"的概率較高,還有少數人更是認為農歷年前就會降准．總而言之,降准已成為市場共識,只不過是時間的問題． |
