| 另外,有議員質疑證監會坐擁龐大的儲備,要求下調征費率,證監會機構事務部首席財務總監及高級總監溫志遙表示,因外圍環境不穩,難以預計下年度本港的成交量,但指,若成交量有１０億元的上落,將會對證監會的盈利有１５００萬的影響,加上監管條例增加,證監會開支亦相應上升,所以下年度不建議調低征費率。 |
| 恆豐證券董事總經理張華峰不排除有上述&ＬＤＱＵＯ;慳皮&ＲＤＱＵＯ;情況，更指若ＡＥ持續三個月沒有生意，可能已遭解雇，視乎證券行老板作風。不過，他表示，自己公司的ＡＥ是接公司盤，拆帳較小，又指公司及個人每年要向證監會交牌照費，現時證監會已收交易征費，儲備又多，在現時行業艱難情況下，證監會應寬免有關費用。 |
