Hot News 《數據解讀》中金：１２月貿易順差超預期擴大，本季可能出現逆差 @ 2012-01-12T00: Back Hot News Keyword：進出口 出口增 外貿 貿易順差 口增速 中國 ２０１１年 １２月 Concept： 中國貿易順差連續三年下降。海關總署昨日發布２０１１年我國外貿進出口數據顯示，２０１１年，我國外貿進出口總值３６４２０．６億美元，比２０１０年同期（下同）增長２２．５％，外貿進出口總值刷新年度歷史紀錄。其中，出口１８９８６億美元，增長２０．３％；進口１７４３４．６億美元，增長２４．９％．貿易順差１５５１．４億美元，比上年淨減少２６３．７億美元，縮窄１４．５％．單月來看，２０１１年１２月，我國進出口總值為３３２９．２億美元，增長１２．６％．其中進口１５８２億美元，增長１１．８％，出口１７４７．２億美元，增長１３．４％。 周世儉說，以前，中國外貿進出口好比「小耗子拉木掀，大頭在後面」，下半年的進出口應當比上半年好，但今年情況正好相反，下半年歐美消費季並沒有讓中國出口呈現起色。同樣，進口增速陡降也顯示中國經濟在放緩。他預期２０１２年外貿出口增長可能低於１０％。 ２１世紀經濟報道引述消息人士透露，大陸商務部高層已將今(２０１２)年大陸貿易進出口額成長目標確定為１０％，同時，進口額增速預計要快於出口額增速。該人士指出，以此估算，大陸今年出口增速預計降至個位數，而「穩出口」也將取代「促進口」，成為大陸目前外貿政策的首要重點，預計穩出口措施會在農歷年後公布。 海關總署資料顯示，中國２０１１年全年貿易順差為１,５５１．４億美元，較２０１０年下降了１４．５％，貿易順差連續第３年下降。海關總署指出，２０１１年下半年以來，中國外貿進出口增速持續走低，但是貿易發展更趨平衡，外貿順差逐年收窄。 外部風險升高已使中國出口面臨嚴峻情勢，近期出口增速逐月下降，１１月出口１７４４．６億美元，同比增長１３．８％，增幅創９個月以來的低點。商務部外貿司司長王受文認為明年外貿進出口形勢比較嚴峻。此外貿易順差亦大幅縮減，商務部部長陳德銘最近透露，今年我國全年貿易順差估計將比去年減少３００多億美元。
