Hot News 商務部:今年進出口料增20% 關注歐羅危機 @ 2011-11-11T19: Back Hot News Keyword：出口 Concept： 接受中國經濟時報記者采訪的專家認為，10月份我國進出口數據釋放以下幾點信號：出口增速繼續回落、進口增速有所反彈以及與主要貿易伙伴的雙邊貿易出現變化；中國「穩出口、促進口、減順差」的外貿微調政策開始顯現積極效果，專家認為，全球經濟不景氣，今年四季度至明年上半年，我國外貿出口整體環境較為不利。 前幾年我國出口增速大多保持在20%以上，而今年9月份，出口增長17.1%。對於增速回落，海關點評說：在前幾期貿易形勢分析報告中，基於海外經濟疲弱、國內PMI出口訂單指數表現乏力、出口部門面臨巨大的結構調整壓力等方面的綜合判斷，我們已多次提及今年出口增速難以持續保持20%以上的增速，而受益於擴大內需戰略，進口增速將強於出口。據海關分析，四季度將面臨較高的基數，同時國內及海外市場需求均不具備強的擴張動力，後續月份進出口增速仍有小幅回落的可能，維持今年出口增速15%左右的判斷。 據統計，前三季度，中國對歐盟、美國、日本的雙邊貿易增速分別低於中國總體進出口增速3.7個、7.6個、6.4個百分點。歐、美、日傳統市場在中國出口中所占比重為43.7%，同比降低2個百分點。同期，東盟超過日本躍升為中國的第三大貿易伙伴，雙邊貿易進出口總值為2670.9億美元，同比增長26.4%。 進出口企業方面，外商投資企業進出口繼續低於全省增幅，私營企業進出口增速保持第一但略有放緩。前3季度，廣東省外商投資企業進出口4030.8億美元，增長17%，占廣東省外貿進出口總值的59.8%。同期，私營企業進出口1603.6億美元，增長34.5%，占廣東省外貿進出口總值的23.8%。國有企業和集體企業的進出口總值分別為783.1億美元和186.7億美元，分別增長3.8%和12.7%。
