| 恆地(00012)主席李兆基於過去兩個多月辭任集團旗下33間香港附屬公司董事職位,與恆地有緊密合作的田生集團(00183)旗下田生地產主席歐永華於股東會後對此表示｢好事黎慨｣｡他指,四叔有｢一定年紀｣,處理繁重業務需消耗不少精神,辭任部分職務就可以減輕其負擔,強調四叔頭腦仍然非常清晰,又指細仔李家誠非常聰明,對於四叔後繼有人能分擔擔子感高興｡有本地報章報道,集團主席李兆基在過去兩個多月辭掉恆地旗下33間香港附屬公司的董事職位,當中80%的附屬公司交由李家誠續任董事,而李氏得力助手副主席林高演,亦辭去數量相若的董事職位｡恆地發言人回應指,此舉為了精簡那些附屬公司的董事局架構,屬於一般日常的商業安排｡(mh) |
