而就在11月1日,廣東珠海市開始積極執行限購限價的雙限政策:本地居民、繳納一年以上社保或納稅證明的外地人在香洲主城區只能新購一套房;新申請預售樓盤價格不得超過11285元/平方米。分析人士指出,這表明調控仍在持續,短期內並沒有松動的可能。
最新數據顯示,大陸100個城市10月住宅價格較上月下降0.23%,創下年內最大降幅。有分析認為,大陸樓市已經進入噩夢期。與此同時,廣東省珠海市政府10月30日深夜緊急發出通知,自昨(1)日起執行限購、限價等大陸首見的「雙限令」,以調控當地房地產市場。
