Hot News 房租、食品價格飛漲，8月通脹率升至6.3% @ 2011-09-23T14: Back Hot News Keyword：通脹 Concept：     【香港商報訊】記者陳正偉報道：港府統計處昨日公布本港8月綜合消費物價指數(CPI)回落至5.7%，低於7月的7.9%。剔除政府一次性紓困措施的因素，本港8月基本通脹率升至6.3%，高於7月的5.8%，統計處表示，主要因私宅租金、旅游及蔬菜價格升幅擴大所致。 本港上月份基本通脹率升至6.3%，較對上一個月擴大0.5個百分點，主要是由於私人房屋租金，旅游費用及新鮮蔬菜價格升幅擴大所致；整體消費物價指數則上升5.7%，較七月收窄2.2個百分點，七月份升幅較大是由於政府代繳公營房屋租金令比較基數較低；各類消費項目中，以煙酒價格的升幅最顯著，超過兩成，其次是食品，上升近一成二，住屋則上升8.3%。 陳李藹倫昨出席電台節目時表示，今年7月份通脹升至7.9%高位，主要受去年一次性紓困措施影響，預期8月份數字有所回落，而今年首7個月之平均基本通脹率為4.6%，料未來數月基本通脹率仍會上升，到第四季才回復穩定，又估計進口通脹在年底見頂，相信本港全年通脹為5.4%。 而且，國內的通脹形勢依然比較嚴峻，7月CPI創下6.5%的新高，攀升至3年來高點。交銀國際在8月30日發布的8月經濟數據展望報告預計，由於食品價格漲幅仍超預期，8月通脹將繼續維持高位運行，上調8月CPI預期由之前的6.0%至6.1%。
