香港文匯報訊(記者 梁悅琴)匯豐及中銀再度加按息,令剛回暖的樓市再呈觀望局面,業界預料樓市整固期將會延長,有投資者因銀行收緊按揭,為免加重供樓負擔,毅然蝕讓47萬元沽出剛入伙的灣仔萃峯高層戶。
《文匯報》報道,上周五匯豐及中銀突加按息,急凍市場物業成交。過去周六日美聯統計十大屋苑中六個無成交,還出現九龍區二手主要屋苑成交捧蛋狀況,一手成交過去兩天更只有3宗。有分析指出,現時外圍市況未明,加上政府下月將公布施政報告,料樓市膠著情況近期將延續。
匯豐及中銀<02388.HK>上周五突然宣布加按息,綜合市場數據,十大屋苑於過去的周未錄得21宗成交,新盤更僅錄6宗成交連預留。美聯<01200.HK>指,主要屋苑成交由前周的33宗,跌54.5%至僅15宗。九龍及將軍澳部份屋苑更是「零」成交。市場人士指,銀行加息是打擊買家入市意?j的主因,而外圍市兄未明,也令買家缺乏入市信心。(ka/u...... 請在這里發表您個人看法,發言時請遵守法紀注意文明。
