2024-03-20 寶龍地產3月19日晚間在港交所公告,估計集團於截至2023年12月31日止年度之年度虧損介乎約人民幣24億元至人民幣26億元(截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度盈利:約人民幣16.14億元),公司擁有人應占核心虧損介乎約人民幣10億元至人民幣12億元(截至2022年12月31日止年度之本公司擁有人應占核心盈利:約人民幣24.51億元)。

2024-04-03 2023年,寶龍地產累計實現合約銷售額275.2億元,其中長三角地區銷售金額占比64.2%,合約銷售均價為13901元/平方米,一二線城市級別銷售金額占比近80%。截至2023年12月31日,寶龍地產可售土儲1739萬平方米,可售貨值約2006億元,長三角地區土儲占比64.3%。
 
2024-04-03 對於不派息的行為,賀旭光直言,因為公司大股東寶龍地產正進行債務重組,大股東把寶龍商業的股權納進債務重組的計劃,依據重組支撐協議,重組正式生效之前,寶龍商業有任何的股權拆分、回購、派息或者新股發行均需要得到債權人小組的同意,所以派息在程序上有一定的困難和限制,所以公司本次決定不派發末期股息。
